Rosemary, juniper, thyme, peppermint and Idaho Balsam Fir help people think clearer, especially when feeling overworked. I love Copaiba and Palo Santo when I’m feeling worthless. Stress often occurs when we not noticed for our talents or we are struggling with our identity.

My favorite oil to release fears is Sacred Mountain. Share your oils and things will start happening naturally. Fears of worthlessness often take time to overcome.
