Combine a healthy diet and fitness for optimal results. If you are unsure about an exercise, consult a certified personal trainer. Drink water frequently. Warm up.

I am not recommending Weight Loss or any particular workout. I enjoy the resting part between fitness routines A LOT more than actually training. Heart health is important to me. If you are feeling your heart beat too quickly you should ‘rest’ and walk.

Ask yourself this question: Why do you want to achieve your goals? This will help you to create the kind of workout you desire. Challenge yourself but also support your weaker areas with supplements.

Recommended oils for discomfort: Aroma Life, marjoram, and helichrysum

Clove oil is a natural way to help with fungi.
The pH balance needs to be restored in the blood so the body can regain vigor and health. Essential oils clove and thyme have been documented to kill over 15 types of fungi.
